Caps and Closures

EPL manufactures special caps and closures for products other than tubes, such as closures for hair care and personal care product bottles that enable considerable ease of delivery. We provide comprehensive one-stop solutions right from concept development and product design to the final product assembly.

Our in-house injection moulding facilities supply high-quality closures at speed. Further, we expand operations globally with our customers, using infrastructure & personnel seamlessly.

EPL uses rapid prototyping (SLS) technology to provide a replica of an actual closure before we start production, allowing for consumer testing earlier in the process.

We have been innovating additional capabilities include orientation of closures, snap on closures, tamper-evident shrink sleeve bands and specialty decoration such as metallic over shells. We relish the challenge that brands pose to us, and use these challenges to spur us on.
